Your Dancer Needs!
Competition Team
Our Competition Team competes both regionally and nationally. Our Competition Team is chosen through an annual audition for the sole purpose of learning choreography for performing and competing.
Each season's team is made up of dancer's of all ages (auditioning as young as 5 years old) who are committed to a higher level of dance training and commitment outside of recreational classes.

We have won countless awards and have had numerous scholarship winners and National Title holders.
Performance Competition Team
Our Performance Team offers a new opportunity to the competition side of our dance studio. This team gives dancers the extra instruction to get them ready for a FULL season of competitions and the NEW required classes that design your dancers education and success for the competition world.
These dancers will do 2 competitions during the season and perform with Life Dance Academy at any outside events. LDA is excited to bring these dancers and their families into the competition world and provide the resources needed to progress faster than just classes or privates alone.
No Limits Dance
No Limits is a non profit, 501 (c)(3) organization. We started in 2017 with the goal to make dance accessible to everyone. Each year, our classes foster lifelong relationships and knowledge of dance. Our performance team travels throughout Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois to entertain patrons at a variety of events and all students perform at our annual showcase.

In 2023, No Limits LDA revamped its mission and goals to match the current needs of individuals with disabilities in Rock County. We strive to cultivate meaningful, long-term social, recreational, and vocational opportunities that enrich the lives of both participants and our community.
No Limits is a specifically trained class through Rhythm Works Integrative Dance that allows for a wonderfully balanced rhythm and dance class for kids with autism, Down syndrome, sensory processing disorder, intellectual disabilities, and other individual learning differences and physical challenges.
